Sams II and Jean Stoick’s newest children’s book, First Snow in the Woods, has won its 10th award, winning the IP (Independent Publisher) Gold Award for the best children’s book. The award was presented at BookExpo America in Los Angeles, California. First Snow in the Woods also won Disney’s IParenting Media Best Products of 2008 Awards, and the Mom’s Choice Awards, honoring authors for excellence in creating quality family-friendly products. Sams and Stoick were interviewed and filmed for both awards during BookExpo America.
