Oil spill puts birds at risk

The next victims of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico could be the birds that depend on the region’s fertile shorelines, bayous and marshes.

In this video from the Discovery Channel, Michael Fry of the American Bird Conservancy talks to Jorge Ribas about the situation and highlights the birds at risk. It’s a very well done video and worth watching to learn more about specific birds at risk.
