Winter makes it easier to spot them according to the article as there are no leaves to hide spring’s secret homes over our gardens. So this is a good time of year to get out there, take a look, then analyze why they were built.
Most of the birds that build nests in your trees do so because the thick leaves offer protection from the eyes of predators.
