Polar bears and people

A study that recorded 25 years worth of bear sightings on the Alaskan coast suggests that polar bears are spending more time either on land or in the open ocean instead of the sea ice they normally use as a hunting platform, according to the article “People better get used to polar bears hanging out” in the Winnipeg Free Press.
