"Stranger in the Woods" Curriculum Guide is a great way to bring "Stranger in the Woods" to life in your classroom.
After yesterday’s post about the new Kaiser Family Foundation study, I decided to post about classroom activities for kids to connect children with nature. Our Stranger in the Woods Curriculum Guide and Lost in the Woods Curriculum Guide provide inspiration to get kids outside.
Stranger in the Woods and Lost in the Woods are wonderful starting points for many activities in the classroom. The Connect-It™ K-5 Curriculum Guides offer great activities to bring the books, movie and CD to life.
The Guides contain 54 fun-filled activity pages plus 12 additional “project cards” with great ideas developed to meet the Michigan Education Assessment Program’s (MEAP) requirements in Language Arts, Science, Math, Music or Art.
