Laura Sams and Robert Sams teach children that life on Earth is connected by moving water in their new children's pirate book "A Pirate's Quest", and new pirate DVD, "The Riddle in a Bottle".
“We wrote ‘The Peg Leg Song’ in which a pirate must search for a lost family heirloom peg leg by following the moving water from the lakes to the rivers to the sea. Then we realized the song would make a wonderful story on its own,” said Laura Sams.
The book “A Pirate’s Quest” follows the journey of the pirate in search of the peg leg, following the moving water. That journey shows how life is connected through water.
