Carl followed the movement of the grey wolf through thick fall-colored foliage with his long lens. The wolf stopped, turned and Carl was able to focus on the tips of his ears.
The shallow depth of field blew out the colored leaves in the foreground to create the "Autumn Ghost" watching you.
