Mother polar bear and her two cubs "tucked in." You can see her claw marks where she dug out her first snow shelter. We watched her try it out and something didn't suit her, perhaps a rock or a root.
After a few minutes, she got up, took a few steps back and dug out another snow shelter that was just right for her and her cubs.
